Pam Masson, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has responsibility for leading the company’s strategic global human resource initiatives and human capital management, including workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, total reward programs, inclusion and diversity initiatives, employee relations and change management. She also has responsibility for the company’s corporate facilities and services teams. She has been with the company for more than 30 years in various roles in Human Resources and Administration. She has a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.
